It was completely rebuilt in time for the 1964 Summer Olympics Tokyo appears to be so modern for these reasons. For an example of some new construction projects, take a loot at the Maru building and the Tokyo International Forum. Maybe that's why they went hyperspeed into building up so fast after they caught one.The city was twice completely destroyed in the last century, first in the earthquake of 1923 and then again in the bombings of WWII. Phenomenal! Remember this story when we get to "emptiness" later on.Although Japan's people trace their roots back thousands of years before recorded history, Tokyo itself did not even have a proper castle until the sixteenth century. It looked untouched when she was done with it. She then put the seeds and pulpy bits back into the hollow rind, patted it closed so it looked whole again, and trotted over to the garbage can to drop it in. She opened the rind with three small slits, removed the fruit as a globe without breaking the rind into pieces, then sucked the juice from each little wedge of the fruit. Fuji!Robots, fish, manga, crowds, and all things exaggerated. Here's a true story: a Japanese friend of mine in New York City once amazed me by the way she ate a tangerine. Tokyo will be the first city to turn into a spaceship and fly away, possibly powered by the real volcanic erupting action of Mt. TOKYO CITY SKYLINE FULL
Each section was stitched together into a panorama, and then these sections were joined together to make a single, full 360° image. The image was shot from three different locations around the top of the tower. This programmable robot allowed the camera to move and shoot very quickly, so that it was possible to shoot more than one photo every second. The camera was mounted on a special "gigapixel robot" called the Clauss Rodeon. This image was shot with a Canon 7D digital SLR camera, with a 400mm telephoto lens.
The trip to Tokyo was sponsored by Fujitsu Technology Solutions, and this panorama was rendered and edited on a Fujitsu Celsius R920 workstation. It was shot in September 2012 with the kind assistance from the management of the Tokyo Tower. This is a 150-gigapixel image shot from the top of the Tokyo Tower.
